You subscribed, you waited, and Thursday's issue never showed. Before you write an angry letter to the newsletter (don't — they're doing their best), run through the usual suspects.
Check the subscription actually took
Most newsletter services send a confirmation email first — "click here to confirm your subscription" — and won't send a single issue until it's clicked. That confirmation lands in your Pincone inbox like any other email, so open the inbox and look for it. If it's sitting there unclicked, that's your culprit.
Check which address you subscribed with
Every Pincone inbox has its own unique address (find it in the inbox's edit screen). It's easy to subscribe with your regular email out of habit — in which case the newsletter is faithfully arriving in your old inbox. Update the subscription's email address to your Pincone inbox address on the newsletter's end.
Check the sender's status
Newsletters skip weeks, move platforms, and occasionally vanish into the void of "we're making some changes." If their archive page shows no new issue, nothing was sent — Pincone can't receive what never left.
If it's genuinely lost
If the newsletter's archive shows an issue that never reached your inbox, email us at support@pincone.com with the inbox address and the newsletter's name. We can check whether anything arrived on our end and chase down where it went.
