Newsletters are wonderful. Newsletters mixed into your work email are chaos. Inboxes give your newsletters their own home in Pincone, so they stop competing with everything else for your attention.
Creating an inbox
Click New in the sidebar and choose to add an inbox. Every inbox gets its own unique email address — copy it and use it to subscribe to a newsletter. From then on, new issues land in Pincone, not your email.
You can create one inbox per newsletter, or themed inboxes like "Design Newsletters" that collect a few related subscriptions in one place. Already subscribed somewhere? Update the subscription's email address to your inbox's address, or set up forwarding from your email app.
Reading
Your inboxes live in the sidebar's Library, and each shows an unread count when new issues arrive. Open one and read right inside Pincone — no ads for the rest of your inbox, no "while you're here" distractions. Like feeds, a You're all caught up divider shows what's new since your last visit.
Keeping the good issues
When an issue is worth keeping, save it to a folder. It becomes part of your collection like any saved link, so that one great essay doesn't get buried under next week's issues.
Saving a catch-up for the weekend
Some newsletters deserve a proper sit-down read. Hit Set Aside in the inbox's title bar and it moves to the very top of your sidebar with a purple sticker — and stays flagged until you clear it yourself, no matter how many visits happen in between. Details in Pinning and Set Aside.
Housekeeping
From an inbox's ••• menu you can rename it, pin it to the top of your Library, or delete it. Unsubscribing from the newsletter itself works the usual way — the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any issue. Missing an issue you expected? See When a Newsletter Goes Missing.
